Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 6, 2026

Welcome to bridgeloyalty.com (the “Site”), owned and operated by BridgeLoyalty CEM LLP (“BridgeLoyalty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a customer experience and market research firm headquartered at A 205 and B 607, Knox Plaza, Mindspace, Malad West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400064, India.

By accessing or using this Site, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quote, registering as a mystery shopper, or otherwise engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

1. Who these Terms apply to

These Terms apply to all visitors to the Site, including:

  • Prospective and existing corporate clients who enquire about, request quotes for, or engage BridgeLoyalty’s services (mystery shopping, customer journey mapping, quality & compliance audits, field & back-office support, CX strategy & design, BPO/KPO services, satisfaction surveys, and stock audits);
  • Individuals who register or apply to work with us as mystery shoppers, field auditors, or survey respondents through our shopper portal or the Site; and
  • Job applicants using our Careers pages.

2. Our services

BridgeLoyalty provides customer experience (CX) and market research services to enterprise clients across India, including but not limited to mystery shopping audits, NPS/CSAT satisfaction surveys, customer journey mapping, quality and regulatory compliance audits, field and back-office support, CX strategy and design consulting, BPO/KPO services, and stock/inventory audits.

Descriptions of our services on the Site are for general informational purposes. Specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timelines for any engagement are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement or statement of work executed between BridgeLoyalty and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer or contract.

3. Requesting a quote or consultation

When you submit a “Get a Quote,” “Schedule a Call,” or “Free Consultation” request through the Site, you are providing us with your contact details so that a member of our team can follow up with you. Submitting a request does not create any obligation on BridgeLoyalty to provide services, and does not create any obligation on you to purchase services.

4. Mystery shoppers and field auditors

Individuals who register through our shopper portal (bridgeloyalty.shopmetrics.com) to participate as mystery shoppers or field auditors do so as independent contractors, not as employees of BridgeLoyalty, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. Assignment terms, compensation, and conduct expectations for shopper/auditor engagements are governed by the terms presented at the time of registration and assignment, in addition to these Terms.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, page layouts, and the BridgeLoyalty name and marks — is owned by or licensed to BridgeLoyalty and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

Any reports, data, analysis, or deliverables produced for a client under a service engagement are governed by the intellectual property terms set out in that client’s specific service agreement, not by these Terms.

6. Confidentiality

Information you share with us through the Site — including business details submitted with a quote request — will be treated as confidential and used only to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, in line with our Privacy Policy. Where a formal client engagement follows, confidentiality obligations for that engagement are set out in the relevant service agreement.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law; transmit any harmful code or malware; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; scrape or harvest data from the Site without permission; or impersonate any person or entity.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party resources, including our shopper portal (ShopMetrics) and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Use of any linked third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BridgeLoyalty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising from a separately executed client service agreement, which is governed by the terms of that agreement.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
