BridgeLoyalty is looking for a Market Research Executive to design, run, and analyze research studies that help our clients understand their customers — from satisfaction surveys and stock audits to customer journey mapping.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design questionnaires, discussion guides, and audit checklists for quantitative and qualitative studies
  • Coordinate fieldwork execution with the mystery shopping and field audit teams
  • Clean, tabulate, and analyze survey data and prepare client-ready insight reports
  • Track project timelines, sample quotas, and data quality across concurrent studies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Market Research, Business, Psychology, or related field

  • Prototype and deploy tools using LLM APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, and custom scripts
