Privacy Policy Information

Last updated: August 6, 2026

BridgeLoyalty CEM LLP (“BridgeLoyalty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through bridgeloyalty.com (the “Site”) and our related shopper portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with us:

a) Enquiry and contact information. When you submit a form on our “Contact Us,” “Get a Quote,” “Schedule a Call,” or Careers pages, we collect your name, company name, email address, phone number, and any message or requirements you share with us.

b) Job application information. If you apply for a role through our Careers page, we collect your name, contact details, and your résumé/CV, along with any other information you choose to include in your application.

c) Mystery shopper and field auditor information. If you register on our shopper portal (bridgeloyalty.shopmetrics.com) to participate as a mystery shopper or field auditor, we (or our portal provider, ShopMetrics) collect your name, contact details, location/availability, and assignment and payment-related information necessary to administer that engagement.

d) Survey respondent information. When you participate in an NPS, CSAT, or other satisfaction survey run by BridgeLoyalty on behalf of a client, we collect your survey responses and any contact details provided as part of that survey. This data is collected and used on behalf of, and in accordance with instructions from, the client that commissioned the survey.

e) Automatically collected information. Like most websites, our Site may use cookies or similar technologies to understand basic usage patterns (e.g. pages visited). We do not use this data to build advertising profiles.

2. How we use your information

We use the personal information described above to:

  • Respond to enquiries, quote requests, and consultation requests;
  • Evaluate and process job applications;
  • Administer mystery shopper and field auditor registrations and assignments;
  • Deliver the survey, audit, and research services our clients have engaged us to perform;
  • Improve our Site and services; and
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. How we share your information

We may share personal information with:

  • Our clients, where the information was collected as part of a service we are performing on their behalf (for example, survey response data or mystery shopping audit findings) — in these cases, the client determines how that specific data set is used, subject to our service agreement with them;
  • Service providers who support our operations, such as our shopper-management platform (ShopMetrics) and standard business software providers, under confidentiality obligations consistent with this Policy;
  • Legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.

We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.

4. Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, to meet our contractual obligations to clients, or to comply with applicable legal, tax, or regulatory requirements, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.

5. Data security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the personal information we hold against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, or to withdraw consent where we rely on consent as the basis for processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 8 below.

7. International data transfers

As a Mumbai-based company serving clients across India, we primarily process data within India. If any service provider we use stores or processes data outside India, we take steps to ensure it receives an appropriate level of protection.
